教科院簡介


長沙市教育科學研究院于2004年由長沙市教育科學研究所、長沙市職業技術教育中心、長沙市電化教育館三個單位合并組建而成,是市教育局直屬二級機構,現設有辦公室、基礎教育研究室、職業教育和成人教育研究室、規劃發展研究室和教育質量監測與評估室五個内設室(中心),現有在職教職工47人,其中中學高級教師36人,省特級教師7人,進入教育部專家庫人選5人。

一直以來,長沙市教科院以“思想庫、智囊團、先鋒隊”作為職能定位,緊緊圍繞市委、市政府,特别是市教育局的決策部署和中心工作,充分發揮決策咨詢、理論研究和實踐指導的作用,做長沙教育理念創新的思想庫、決策咨詢的智囊團、教研教改的先鋒隊,為上級教育行政部門提供決策服務,為各級各類基層學校提供教研指導。

圍繞“深化教育教學改革、全面推進素質教育”這一中心,長沙市教科院将創新當成事業發展的動力,當成教育科研應該擔負的責任。深入農村送教送研,深入學校調研指導,深入課堂指導教學;開展課題研究,服務教育決策;加強項目建設,推動職教發展;實施質量監測,探索評價改革;辦好教育雜志,培育教育品牌;組織專項活動,擴大教研影響……在教育科研的創新路上,不斷探索,不斷前行。

近年來,院先後榮獲全國教育科研先進集體等國家級獎勵2項、省級獎勵7項。在教育系統的績效考核和省教科院對各市州的績效考核中均連續三年榮獲一等獎,院領導班子獲“五好班子”光榮稱号。教研員指導教師在課題、賽課、微課、論文等方面獲獎420項,指導學生獲得國際和全國發明創造獎105項。

走過三十年,我們有過成功的喜悅,也有過摸索探究的陣痛,但無論前進之路如何坎坷,無論攀登之峰如何崎岖,我們都會堅持一個不變的信念,那就是——永不停歇地在路上!


Changsha Institute of Educational Science Research (CIESR), a second-tier organization directly under the Education Bureau of Changsha Municipality, was founded in 2004 by the merge of Changsha Institute of Educational Science Research, Changsha Center of Vocational and Technical Education, and Changsha Center of Audio-visual Education. CIESR consists of  the main office, elementary education office , vocational education and Adult Education research office, planning and development research center, and the education quality monitoring and evaluation office .CIESR has 47 staff; 36 of them are senior teachers from secondary schools, 7 of them are provincial expert teachers, and 5 of them are in the expert pool of the Ministry of Education

CIESR, functioning as the "think tank, brain trust, and pioneer", has been working closely with the city’s Party committee and government, especially in aspects of the policy making and planning. It strives to serve in decision-making consultation, theoretical research and practical guidance, innovation of education philosophy thoughts, reform of teaching and research, offering consultation service for higher education administrative departments, as well as providing guidance for teaching at schools of various types and at all levels.

Centering on "deepening the reform of education and teaching, and promoting quality   education comprehensively,” CIESR takes innovation as its motivation for education development and the responsibility for education and research. CIESR sends teachers to rural schools to teach and do research,: appoint staff to schools to do research and provide guidance;  visit classrooms and offer suggestions; carry out educational policies ; promote projects’ development, advance the development of vocational education; implement quality monitoring, explore the reform of evaluation; improve educational journals, form education brands; organize events, and expand the influence of research and teaching .CIESR is moving forward and keeping exploring on its way of educational research and innovation.

In recent years, CIESR has won 2 national awards, one of which being for the excellent organization in education and scientific research as well as 7 provincial awards. In the education system’s performance appraisal and appraisal conducted by the Provincial Academy of municipalities, CIESR has been ranked the first place for three consecutive years, and the CIESR leadership has been granted “distinguished leadership” title. The teaching and researching staff has been awarded 420 prizes for their excellence in research, teaching contests, Internet-classes, and other aspects. The students supervised by the staff have obtained 105 national and international invention awards.

Over the past thirty years, CIESR has not only reaped the joy of success, but also suffered the pain on the way of exploration. Regardless of difficulties and hardship it encounters when moving forward, CIESR will always adhere to the unshakable belief — we are on the road relentlessly!
